In 2002 knee pain led me to my first Yoga teacher, Carmen, and the philosophical ground where pain and failure can be skilfully used as gateways to joyous transformation. |

I am an Yoga Alliance certified ERYT500 yoga teacher, teaching since 2004. I enjoy helping each student find their own dance. |
